For In-Person Appointments

If you are visiting our Toronto (Scarborough) office for fingerprinting, DNA Testing or Police Record Checks, we accept the following at the time of service:

  • Credit Cards: All major carriers (Visa, Mastercard).

  • Debit: Interac Debit.

  • Cash: Please bring exact change if possible.

  • Contactless: Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.

For Mail-In & International Services

Required for: RCMP CardScan, International Fingerprinting, and Out-of-Province DNA Kits.

  • Option A: Interac e-Transfer (Preferred)

    Recipient Email: info@forensicscanada.ca

    Security: We have Autodeposit enabled. No security question is required.

  • Option B: Credit Card Authorization

    If you wish to pay via Credit Card for a mail-in service, you must include a signed authorization form in your package.

Shipping & Government Fees

If you are visiting our Toronto (Scarborough) office for fingerprinting, DNA Testing or Police Record Checks, we accept the following at the time of service:

  • RCMP Federal Fee: Unless otherwise stated, the $25 CAD RCMP processing fee is included in our total service price.

  • Return Shipping: If you require your results to be sent via Courier (with tracking), a $75 CAD shipping fee applies to all international addresses.

  • Taxes: Prices listed on our service pages are subject to applicable GST/HST.

  • Contactless: Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.

Trust & Security

Accredited & Secure:

Forensics Canada Inc. accredited by the RCMP for fingerprinting services. All digital transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our local servers.

Refund Policy

Once fingerprints have been digitally submitted to the CCRTIS, or DNA samples have been processed by the lab, fees are non-refundable.
