To check the status of fingerprints submitted to the RCMP, you must contact the Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) directly. It is recommended to wait at least 3 weeks after submission before following up.

Only the applicant can request a status update from the RCMP.

If your fingerprints were submitted through an accredited private agency, they generally cannot check the status for you.
